I have reviewed this application and I find that you could prove a useful addition to the priest in this guild.
All in all your gear and experience are lacking a bit behind compared to the rest of us, but that can be fixed in no time.
I would like to see how you perform in our raid environment.

Aside from that, you will have to fix some things in your gemming, enchanting, glyphing and maybe talents.
You are getting close to having it all right, but in my opinion it's a bit off at some points now.
So we'll have to look into that.

Hey Guildies,i confirmed for Ulduar 10 hc,but when i come online and ask is Ulduar happening? no one replys?So we have 18 confirmed people who want to Ulduar in the guild ? Ok, What's the problem for making 2 groups? I was online in the afternoon,why nobody say : Mahavina no Ulduar for you tonight...? Don't invite whole guild,when those persons think they are going to Ulduar Raid, i'm just being honest,and very pissst.

Rageleaving? It has nothing to do with that,i'm 32 years old,when i confirm for a raid, i am going to raid.Or is it only for the (top)10 players??? I think you are VERY arrogant.

The raid in question Ulduar 10 hardmodes, first of all we run those with a main team with people who have proved themselves each time, are always online and who we know we can rely on to be the best. Second, hardmodes aren't easy otherwise we had Algalon on farm now.
Third, we we will always try to form a second team if we have enough people signed up and online to get it rolling. You said it yourself, 18 people signed up. 10 for main team. 8 for 2nd? not going to work don't you think? Plus there isn't as much interest in Ulduar 10 as in the rest of the raids for a lot of people. We can't do magic and get a 2nd team out of nowhere.

Also signing up, doesn't mean you have a confirmed spot in the raid, if you checked carefully, it said accepted not confirmed. We expect everyone to either accept or decline the invitation depending on their ability to raid that night. Actually raiding that night is something else which depends on several factors of which some have been named above.

And yes it's called rageleaving when you immediately leave the guild without saying something when I explain to you ingame -why- we can't invite you.

Btw, arrogant? Just stating the facts sir. If you can't handle these kind of situations then I suggest you don't get in to a raiding guild.

So,after 24 hours i am not pissed anymore,it was My mistake for leaving,i am not going to argue about the subject anymore.So if you want me back,let me know something thx...With All Respect to the guild.
